Training Program for Camp Week

Have your medical and sports fee ($150.00 made out to St Joseph by-the-Sea) for Tues 8/30.  Those without medicals will not practice.  This is a very pivotal point to the start of your season.  Let's get it done!

Varsity

Mon 8/22                    45 mins + Strides

Tues 8/23                   20 min Warm-Up
                                   5 mins, 4 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins, 1 min @ Race Pace     1/2 Recovery
                                   20 min Cool Down

Wed 8/24                   45 min Run + Strides

Thurs 8/25                 20 min Warm-Up
                                   2 x 10min Tempo (Comfortably Fast)
                                          2 min Recovery
                                   20 min Cool Down

Fri 8/26                       60 mins LSD + Strides
                                    7 x 30secs surges

Sat 8/27                      45 mins + Strides

Sun 8/28                     50 mins over Hills

 

Mon 8/29                  OFF

Tues 8/30                  Team Practice @ 6 PM   - SEA                            No Medical = No Practice
