Staten Island Champs - Farrell H.S.
Adam Civitano lights the Oakwood track on fire with his impressive double.
In the 400 IH, he knocked off the #1 seed with a
54.39 FAT, crushing his school
record. Adam is currently ranked #2 in NY State. With 90 mins of
rest, he almost took the 400
but settled for a big personal best in 49.93 FAT,
topping Adam Risi's school record from 1997! Meena Farid had a big day in
the
throws with two big PR's including a win in the discus. Dan Zaccariello defended his 1600 title. Later he would combine with Paul
Brancale, Alex Civitano and Tyler Franco to win the 4x800 relay. Bobby
Mirfield scores in both hurdle events including big PR's in
the 110 HH
trials/finals. Anthony Galano and Mike Campione place 4th and 5th in the
javelin.
