St Joseph by-the-Sea Track & Field

10/24 - Staten Island Champs - Clove Lakes
The team battles the humidity and some heavy rains for some solid performances.  Daniel Zaccariello leads the team to a 3rd
place finish by way of his runner-up performance.  Tyler Franco steps up as the #5 man as the team squeezes by MSIT for 3rd
place in the team standings.  Today's 3rd place finish is our best finish since 2005.  Justin Henderson leads the JV team as Nick
Italiano and Pat Lewis also crack the top 15.  Freshmen Luigi Tirro runs a huge race and is the 5th man on JV.  Due in large part
to Tirro, the team finishes in 2nd place which ties our best finish ever.  A big second half of the race sets up the JV team for
success.
