St Joseph by-the-Sea Track & Field  
1/21/05 - Staten Island Champs - Armory
               A nice day with many surprises.  We set 41 team PR's.  Mike Ryan almost upsets in
               the TJ and our 4x800 Relay are crowned "Island Champions".  This all happened
               with the heroic anchor leg by Rob Simeone who took the team into the lead for good. 
               Frank Recce ran a tenacious 1600 to earn a silver medal.  An exciting day for all!
