1/18 - Staten Island Champs - Armory
A spirited effort as the team cops second place.  Buoyed by Island Champions Sean O'Shaughnessy (55 HH) and Joe Tufano
(TJ), the team pulls away form the pack in the second half of the meet.  Tufano's efforts, combined with his 2nd place finish in the
LJ, earned him the meet's "Outstanding Field Performer" award.  Nick Italiano runs a sizzling 1:23.8 in the 600 and Daniel
Zaccariello runs 4:27 in the 1600, both earning silver medals.  The relays were tremendous today with the 4x800 (2nd), 4x400
(4th) and the 4x200 (3rd) scoring well as many underclassmen step up.
