6/1 - Eastern State Champs - Iona Prep H.S. The Soph 4x1600 relay crushes the soph school record by over 1 minute! Nick Velez ran a big PR of 4:34.5 on the lead-off leg. The Varsity 4x200 relay, with all 4 men returning next year, just misses the varsity school record with a 1:35.01 FAT. Jordan Daniels ran a PR of 23.4. For the Frosh 4x200, Cassamassino (24.3) and Francisco (25.9) set PR's as well. Later in the day, Soph Joe Somma broke the soph school record in the 200 with a time of 23.25 FAT. Brandon Prato tosses the discus 135'-8" for a new PR, which was good enough for 3rd place.
