The Program
The year is divided into three distinct seasons. Cross Country (Sept-Nov),
Indoor Track & Field (Dec-Feb) and Outdoor Track & Field (Mar-May) Each
season is unique and we keep them separate although most of our athletes compete
in all three seasons.
The coaching staff takes pride in the development of the Cross
Country/Track & Field program here at Sea. The nature of the sport
dictates that natural talent alone will not lead to athletic success. In
fact, most of our accomplished athletes have not competed in track before high
school. We recognize that high school is a time for development and we
find our program eases the transition to adulthood by increasing responsibility
and discipline. We do this while helping your son build relationships with
teachers, coaches and fellow athletes. Some of the accomplishments of our
program include:
Content Area Peer Tutoring
athletes help tutor each
other to ensure academic success

"Big Blue Track Classic"

as Grenada have attended
Competing and volunteering in the "Daniel Kelley

Volunteering for local races
such as the Scott's Race
